Terms and Conditions for the, “Win a Staycation or Afternoon Tea for Two at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa” draw.

Date of competition, 6 July to 6 August 2021.

• There is no need to make a purchase to enter the competition
• Making a purchase does not increase chance of winning
• Entry is open to residents of The UAE only
• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over or if under the age of 18 have received prior authorisation from a parent or guardian to enter the competition
• Use of a false name, false address or other false details will result in disqualification
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit
• The winners will be announced on or before 6 August 2021
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions
• Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
• Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner(s)
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery within 30 days of the competition end or announcement of winners, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize
• The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material
• The prizes are valid from 14 June 2021 to 14 December 2021
• The vouchers for the prizes will delivered to each winner via courier
• The provider of the prize should be contacted by the winner to arrange booking
• The competition is administered and run by The Arts Center at NYUAD Abu Dhabi
• The competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with it
• Facebook are released from any responsibility to entrants or participants
• In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail
