How to become a member?
Please visit our membership section and select sign up. We are currently offering Adult and Youth (22 and under) memberships.
What are the benefits of being a member?

When does my membership expire?
The half year membership is valid from January, 2021 until June 30th, 2021.
As a member, how do I get tickets to shows?
Most of our online events will not require ticket reservations, however as a member you will receive invitations to all of our exclusive pre-performance Zoom Lobby Receptions. You will also get early-bird and priority booking for any of our ticketed events until June 30th, 2021. To obtain tickets you will simply need to log into your account, before you begin your transaction, using the same email address you used to purchase your membership. Once you’re logged in you will be able to access your early-bird member tickets, subject to availability.

How many tickets can I book using my membership?
You will be entitled to one member ticket per performance, per event.
I want to change my tickets?
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you wish to change your tickets for a different performance time, please email email@example.com and we will accommodate your request, subject to availability. If you simply cannot attend and you wish to cancel your ticket please let us know so we can release your ticket to make them available to someone else in the community who wants to attend. Members tickets are not transferable.
Can I get tickets for my friend(s)?
As a member you will only be able to reserve one member ticket, however you can also reserve up to 2 additional adult or youth tickets to our online events (subject to availability)
I am a member and didn’t book a ticket early enough. Now it’s sold out.
Members get priority access to any returned or cancelled tickets. To add your name to the ticket waitlist (exclusive to members only), please email the Box Office @firstname.lastname@example.org
How will I know about the special events?
Members will receive exclusive weekly newsletters via email with updates and upcoming events.
Can I refund my membership?
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where do I sign up for my membership?

How long will it take for my membership to activate?
Your Membership will be activated as soon as you complete the transaction, however in the event that it is not activated within 24 hours, please contact our Box Office by emailing email@example.com or calling 02-628-4555.
Do I receive a membership card?
The membership is managed virtually, via our computerized box office system. No membership cards are required. When you log in to our box office using your ID and password, our system will recognize you as a member. If you have any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you are a member so we can look you up in our records.
My tickets did not arrive?

I am having trouble logging on?

I have forgotten my password?
The reset password link is available on the Sign On page when you go to log in your Arts Center account. If you
are still having trouble logging onto your members account, please contact email@example.com or call
02-628-7040 and let us know what device and browser you are using.
I did not receive my email confirmation?
If you booked tickets or signed up for membership and for some reason you have not received an email
confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02-628-7040.
What to do if you have received a ‘phishing’ email?
The Arts Center will never ask in an email for your bank details or for you to make payment for tickets or
otherwise (outside of our box office system). We use a secure website for all financial transactions. If you have
received an email asking for payment, it is likely to be a ‘phishing’ email. Phishing is an online scam that
targets large numbers of email addresses often using a known brand to persuade people to part with their
money. Please let us know if you receive such a request, so we can investigate and protect others.
