Powerhouse singer Mary McBride and her band, featuring John Kengla on guitar, Greg Beshers on bass, Jon Spurney on keyboards, and Kenny Soule on drums, take the audience on a roller-coaster ride with their fiery blend of country, gospel, blues and old school rock ‘n roll. American Songwriter calls her live show, “impassioned and inspirational,” and Houston Press adds, “McBride has huge pipes, writes a mean song, and comes with a band that’s rock-ready.”
“Her voice is part angel, part truck driver, as if to say sometimes you power through sadness and sometimes you hope for a miracle.” -The New York Times

“In some sort of magical kingdom, every dive bar, roadhouse or juke joint you walked into would have free peanuts, dollar drafts and Mary McBride performing with her band onstage.”
-The Washington Post
